LAWN MAINTENANCE

Unique Services, Inc. lawn maintenance crews strive to provide its customers with consistent high quality results at reasonable prices.Our crews undergo a two day training course before working on site and continual training thereafter.

The training course consists of ALCA training videos with skill tests in addition to hands-on training with all types of equipment including mowers, trimmers and backpack blowers.   The crews utilize a wide variety of equipment anywhere from a 21 inch deck to a 72 inch deck width to allow them to handle any size property.  The many different unit types such as push mowers, commercial walk-behinds, standers, ZTR riders, commercial out fronts and tractor 3-point help crews perform on all terrains.  The machines receive a comprehensive maintenance program, to allow them to perform at a consistent level.The wide variety of equipment, comprehensive training, and extensive maintenance program allows our crews to provide consistent quality and beautifully groomed lawns week in and week out.

PLANTING BED MAINTENANCE / PRUNING

Our planting bed maintenance crews provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly bed maintenance programs based on customer preference, which include application of pre-emergences, manual weeding, and application of herbicides to control weeds.

These crews also provide maintenance of shrubs and trees according to standard horticultural practices as well as enhancements such as mulch installation.

All crew members are trained in safety and use of equipment.  Crew leaders attend various training seminars relative to bed maintenance and pruning to stay current with best methods, equipment and products and any changes in standards.
